What a listing does not get you

No star rating, because we do not publish one. No "best provider" designation, because we do not rank. No placement above a provider we did not independently assess, because paid placement is disclosed and labelled wherever it appears.

A note on removal requests

Claiming a profile gives you control over the facts about your company. It does not give you the ability to remove an accurate negative finding, a competitor comparison, or a review that has been through right of reply.

If a published finding is factually wrong, the corrections policy route exists and applies to any reader on the same terms. If a finding is accurate but you disagree with it, the right of reply policy sets out where that ends.

A claim request does not change your published profile on its own. It starts a review, and the outcome is communicated to you in writing.

Frequently asked questions from vendors considering a listing

Is the basic listing free?	Yes. A factual directory listing with evidence sources and a last-reviewed date costs nothing and carries no editorial verdict.
Will paying get me a better position in search?	Paid placement is labelled as paid wherever it appears. We do not sell ranking, and paid placement never determines an editorial conclusion.
Can I pay to remove a negative finding?	No. Payment buys production and placement. Factual corrections are handled through the free corrections policy, which applies to any reader.
How long does verification take?	It depends on how much is claimed and how easily each claim can be checked. We will tell you where something cannot be verified rather than publishing it unchecked.
What if my services span several categories?	You are listed in each one your documented capabilities genuinely match, and the profile explains what you actually deliver in each.
Can I remove my listing?	You can ask to be delisted. That removes your record from the directory; it does not retract a review that has already been published through right of reply.
Is there an AI Content Studio option?	It is in development. The page describes what exists today and what does not. There is no checkout on this site yet.
Do you accept payment on this website?	No. Everything currently begins with an enquiry, because we are not able to process a payment here yet.
